GREEN UP DAY CANCELLED TODAY

Green Up Day is being postponed until May 4 due to the rain and poor conditions. Next Tuesday, May 4, starting at 2 pm, crews will assemble, pick up supplies and area assignments at the Town Highway Garage on Main Street (Rt 131). The Town will supply work gloves, green up bags and safety vests. The Transfer Station will be open between 4:30 and 5:00 to receive items collected. A BBQ takes place on the Cavendish Green immediately following Green-Up. FMI: 226-7292
