On
12/13/13, at approximately 3pm, Vermont State Police received a theft complaint
from David McGuire. McGuire reported that he arrived at his Vermont residence
in the afternoon on this day to find that the 6 packages delivered to his home were missing. McGuire's residence is
equipped with video cameras, which recorded the theft taking
place. The theft occurred on 12/10/13, at approximately 0800 hours. A red SUV style vehicle was seen driving up
Stone Way, in the town of Cavendish, VT,
slowly passing McGuire's residence and then backing into McGuire's driveway. I
male subject wearing what appears to be a winter hat, dark colored jacket and light colored pants exited his vehicle. The
male subject then looks around, opens the rear door of his vehicle, again
looking around the property, then loaded the packages that were under the deck
of McGuire's residence into his vehicle. The male subject then walks back to
the driver's side of his vehicle to retrieve what appears to be a clip board and camera.
Walks to the end of the driveway and
takes a photo of the residence.
