With high wind warnings and possible flooding, Cavendish Town Elementary School and Green Mountain Union High
School are both closed today.
Proctorsville Fire Dept posted the following to their
Facebook page: All members of the fire department will be on standbye at the
fire station for hurricane Sandy. We are equipped with three four wheeler's and
extra chainsaws and a couple side be sides. Please call 911 if any emergencys
and if you cant get through to them you can call the station at 226-7281.
