1. Call the Meeting to Order
2. Review final paperwork followed by approval and signatures on a resolution for a permanent financing note as bonded indebtedness for water system improvements. This bond note, under the Vermont Water Supply Division Revolving Loan Program, includes the permanent financing for the water filtration plant and a refinancing of the previous note with the RLF program, now with a more favorable interest rate (- 3.0%). This matter has been discussed at previous Select Board meetings in anticipation of this loan finalization.
